Brayden Lacy
Behavioral Health Technician
Brayden Lacy is a Behavioral Health Technician at Golden Coast Rehab. In this client-facing support role he keeps the day running for the PHP and IOP programs: transporting clients safely between home and the program, assisting with arrival, check-in, and transitions between groups, and helping maintain a welcoming, well-prepared program environment.
Before joining Golden Coast, Brayden managed admissions and revenue operations teams at health and wellness organizations in Southern California, experience that shaped his focus on accountability, follow-through, and making every client's first contact count. He is currently pursuing Health Sciences studies at InterCoast College in San Diego.
He also supports the clinical team by monitoring attendance, relaying client needs and concerns, and assisting with discharge planning tasks such as referral coordination and follow-up calls — the connective tissue that keeps clients engaged from their first pickup to their last session.
The hardest call you’ll ever make is also the shortest.
Five minutes. One real person on the other end — day or night. No pressure, no obligation, just honest answers about what comes next.
