Golden Coast Rehab operates a single facility, at 8809 La Mesa Blvd., Suite 102, La Mesa, CA 91942. Every program described on this site is delivered there — we do not have satellite clinics, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a network we do not have.
La Mesa sits in the middle of San Diego County's East County, close to the junction of Interstate 8 and State Route 125, which is why clients travel here comfortably from most of the county. The La Mesa location page has directions, parking, and transit detail.
Who we serve
Adults 18 and older across San Diego County. Our specialty mental health programs operate under our County of San Diego contract, and our substance use programs under DHCS certification 370254AP — both of which are San Diego County services, so this is where our clients come from.

Getting here without a car
The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System Orange Line trolley runs through La Mesa, and several bus routes serve La Mesa Boulevard. If transportation is the obstacle between you and treatment, say so when you call — it is a common one and it is worth solving out loud rather than quietly deciding treatment is not possible.
