What to expect when you call

A short, confidential conversation. We ask what is going on, whether you have Medi-Cal or other coverage, and what your days look like right now. Nothing is committed to on that call, and there is no cost to make it.

If you would rather not talk yet, the message form on this page reaches the same team, and email works too. We will reply in the way you contacted us unless you tell us otherwise — worth mentioning if a phone call at home would be awkward.

Emergencies

We are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. The Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is available by call or text at 988. In San Diego County, the Access and Crisis Line is available 24 hours a day at 1-888-724-7240.
