Tomi Kelly, APCC

Tomi Kelly, APCC, is a Therapist at Golden Coast Rehab. An Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #13198) with more than ten years in behavioral health, she conducts clinical assessments, facilitates group therapy, and provides individual therapy in the PHP and IOP programs.

Her background includes wrap-around case management and in-custody assessment for San Diego Collaborative Court participants, Drug Medi-Cal compliance auditing and overnight counseling at Veterans Village of San Diego, and supervisory roles overseeing clinical and counseling teams of up to 25 staff. She is credentialed within the San Diego County Behavioral Health Plan system of care.

She holds an M.A. in Psychology from UMass Global and earlier graduate and undergraduate degrees from Springfield College in organizational management and human services. She practices under the clinical supervision of Matthew Beck, LMFT, Golden Coast's Clinical Director.
