Daniel Leiderman

Daniel Leiderman is Co-Founder of Golden Coast Rehab, bringing operational and clinical leadership experience from years spent running behavioral health facilities.
Before co-founding Golden Coast Rehab, he served as Managing Partner at a residential behavioral health facility in Dana Point, leading a multidisciplinary team of therapists, medical staff, case managers, and residential aides. In that prior role he was responsible for regulatory compliance, including DHCS requirements and Joint Commission standards, and for managing audits. That experience belongs to that facility and is not a statement about Golden Coast Rehab's own accreditation status.
His background also includes business development and admissions leadership across California's treatment landscape, supporting families through difficult decisions and shortening the distance between a phone call and an appropriate level of care. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
