Frank Ritz, ASW, is Clinical Coordinator at Golden Coast Rehab. An Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW #133833) with years of hands-on experience across inpatient psychiatric, crisis stabilization, and outpatient behavioral health settings in San Diego County, he provides individual, group, and telehealth therapy and supports clients from assessment and treatment planning through discharge.

Frank's background spans the full continuum of behavioral health care. At Bayview Behavioral Health Hospital and its Crisis Stabilization Unit, he completed psychosocial assessments, led treatment planning, and supported clients through acute mental health and substance use crises alongside multidisciplinary teams and community crisis responders. His outpatient experience includes substance use disorder programs and family counseling settings, where he provided behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, safety planning, and case management for individuals and families facing addiction, co-occurring conditions, and homelessness.

Frank holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, has completed Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
