Our authorities are county-level, which is why our clients are San Diego County residents. Golden Coast Rehab is a contracted provider of Specialty Mental Health Services (Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program) for the County of San Diego, Behavioral Health Services, under County Contract 575462, and holds California Department of Health Care Services substance use disorder certification 370254AP for outpatient detoxification, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment.
What that means for coverage
Specialty mental health services and Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System services in San Diego County are carved out of the four Medi-Cal managed care plans and administered by County Behavioral Health Services. What we do not provide
No residential or inpatient treatment, in either lane, and no substance use partial hospitalization program — partial hospitalization here is a specialty mental health service under the County contract. If an assessment shows you need something we do not offer, we will tell you and help you find it.
